End Your Foot Pain with These Tips
I experience a lot of pain in my feet for a number of reasons. Your reasons are probably pretty similar to mine. You probably didn't know that back problems can lead to knee, ankle and foot problems as well.
One major reason for your problems is wearing tight shoes. If your feet feel like they are cramped you will need to buy bigger shoes. They also make wide shoes if you are having a hard time finding shoes that fit well. Don't buy a shoe just for the looks, make sure that if feels comfortable. Try on the shoes in the store and walk around with them on to test them out. You can also loosen up your shoe-strings to make sure that the shoes aren't too tight. This only gives you a little bit more room. If they are still too tight at this point you will need wider or bigger shoes. There should be about 1 inch- 1.5 inches from the tip of your toe to the end of the shoe.
Another problem you might have is flat feet. You can go to a foot doctor and he can take a look at your feet. He will make forms of your feet and send them in to form you a correct arch which you will wear in your shoe. These forms will help your posture and keep your feet from aching. At first they might be uncomfortable because your feet are still getting used to them. Flat feet can also cause knee, ankle and back problems as well. You can schedule an appointment with the doctor that will take less than one hour and he can send in forms to fit your feet. Most likely, your problems will be eliminated after following the steps above.
If you are still experiencing pain and you have tried all the steps above, I would suggest going and talking to a foot doctor. He can try to figure out what your problem may be. Perhaps it's something that you've overlooked. Expect to have sore feet after a long hard day of working on your feet. One way to eliminate the pressure and pain is to put your feet in a hot bath each night. You can also buy hot baths which have a built in massager. You can also give yourself a foot massage or have somebody else give you on.
