And this is a high intensity training can do you'll reach your maximum heart rate by sprinting on for a full minute, then your heart rate will recover to about 70 to 50% of that during the rest phase. Then while I have a lot of energy I'll jump right into the high-intensity. I'll sprint, full on 100% for a minute, then jog for two minutes. I will most likely complete around for rounds of that cycle, and I guarantee you that I will be completely exhausted by the end. Following my workout I'll try to consume as much high-quality lean fiber as I can, according to my nutritional plan. The key to getting a faster metabolism is also becoming more muscular because the more muscle you have the more energy you use throughout your day.
